the first dinner was sunday, as shown in previous blog.
The second dinner was on Monday with the girls from the other side of mt Eden: Bridget, Kara and Hannah (my cuzy bro). Chris and Max also came to help in the guy department, but definately not the 'useless in the kitchen department'! Chris offered a wicked rocket, feta, olives etc salad, with an awesome light balsamic dressing, and Max offered his services...which were unneeded so he freely offered his opinion on everything i did! (dick).
I chucked together a spaghetti with raw tomato, olives, and rocket, it was super fast and the hot spaghetti heated the whole dish up.
We finished up with a nice chocolate dessert from the girls (I'm sure its got a special name).
All up i good night! girls had to get home for the newly found curfew. So us boys had manly conversations over tea and cookies.

Hannah getting excited, What she was excited about What my cooking does to you.
The next meal was a bit more civilized with a few less crazy people....
Tuesday night i wasn't doing the cooking, in fact I wasn't meant to be at home, but plans change and i joined (from left in picture) Caitlyn, Becky, Ben, Brent and Clare for dinner.

We had Lambcutlets and mushrooms served with a basil and pinenut 'looks like a pesto but doesnt taste like a pesto' pesto. This was shared with an amazing warm cous cous salad with roasted winter veges, raisins, sun dried tomatoes, and other stuff..
